Vegetarian dishes contain no meat or fish; eggs and dairy may be included. Vegan dishes also leave out eggs, dairy and honey. Vegan dishes are vegetarian too. Our new Vegetarian collection includes eggs or dairy; the Vegan collection uses plant-based ingredients throughout.

Potato and carrot pancakes with apple sauce

Puschel builds a wobbly pancake tower. Flauschi sets the apple sauce beside it. Flauschi“Our dinner does not need a lookout tower!” Puschel studies his creation and takes the top pancake first.

  • The Fizz with a Wusel Swirl: For the vegan version choose juices labelled vegan; animal processing aids may otherwise be used for clarification.
  • Puschel’s Tomato Spaghetti: Can be made vegan with egg-free pasta and without the optional cheese. With cheese it is vegetarian only when the cheese is labelled vegetarian and contains no animal rennet; ordinary Parmesan is often unsuitable.
  • Puschel’s Colourful Wok Noodles with Vegetables: Can be made vegan or vegetarian, but not automatically: omit meat and choose instant noodles labelled vegan, including seasoning and oil sachets. Some varieties contain meat, fish or dairy ingredients. The meat version belongs to neither category.
