For 4 family portions
How to make it
In a few words: Spread pizza dough thinly with sauce and vegetables, roll up, slice and bake.
Ingredients
- 1 rectangular vegan pizza dough, about 400 g
- 120 g passata
- 1 small red pepper
- ½ small courgette
- 3 tbsp drained tinned sweetcorn
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method
- Children: Wash vegetables. Adults preheat the oven to 200 °C conventional heat; check the dough packet.
- Adults: Deseed pepper and dice it and courgette very finely.
- Children: Mix passata with oregano and oil. Unroll dough on a cold board.
- Children: Spread a thin layer of sauce, leaving 2 cm clear along one long edge; scatter vegetables and sweetcorn sparingly.
- Children: Carefully roll from the other long side. Too much filling makes the roll difficult to close.
- Adults: Cut into about 12 slices and space out on a tray lined with baking paper.
- Adults: Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Let cool; do not taste raw dough.
Equipment
Kitchen scales, a bowl and the cooking equipment named in the steps. Adults handle all hot or sharp equipment.
