The menu takes you to stories, mishaps, recipes, the gallery and news. “Home” always takes you back to the beginning.

Something does not work

Together, briefly describe which page has the problem and what you clicked.

Something frightens you

Close the page and talk to an adult you trust. Together you can report the content to us.

Keep secrets private

Do not send us your address, school, phone number, passwords, photos or other private information.

Report it together

Open Wusel Mail together and choose “Report a problem or upsetting content” under “What is this about?”. Briefly describe what you found and which page it was on.

Who answers your questions?

Martin Atzinger looks after Wusel post. He checks the inbox twice a week and aims to reply within one week. Sometimes it takes longer. Your message is read and answered by a person, not an automatic chatbot.

Write together with an adult

Please use the accompanying adult’s email address so that we can reply. A name is optional; a nickname is enough. You do not need to tell us your home address, school or telephone number.

Your question stays private

We use your message to deal with your question. We do not publish messages or contact details on the website. Once your enquiry is finished, the information is deleted unless it must be kept by law.

If something worries you or you need help straight away, speak to a trusted adult. Wusel post is not an emergency service.
