Who answers your questions?

Martin Atzinger looks after Wusel post. He checks the inbox twice a week and aims to reply within one week. Sometimes it takes longer. Your message is read and answered by a person, not an automatic chatbot.

Write together with an adult

Please use the accompanying adult’s email address so that we can reply. A name is optional; a nickname is enough. You do not need to tell us your home address, school or telephone number.

Your question stays private

We use your message to deal with your question. We do not publish messages or contact details on the website. Once your enquiry is finished, the information is deleted unless it must be kept by law.

If something worries you or you need help straight away, speak to a trusted adult. Wusel post is not an emergency service.

What happens to your message?

We use your name, email address, topic and message only to handle your enquiry. The form stores nothing in its own database; your message is sent to our IONOS mailbox. Contract-related enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other Wusel Mail is processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in replying. We delete the details once the enquiry has been dealt with unless legal retention duties apply. No external form service, advertising tracker or file upload is used.
