Wusel Sport
Little movement stories with Puschel and Flauschi. Join in at your own pace, explore movements and take a break whenever you like.
Our aim
Puschel and Flauschi invite children to move playfully, get to know their bodies and wind down together through short movement stories. Enjoying participation comes first. Each child chooses their own pace, size of movement and breaks.
Your first movement story

The Missing Cuddle Nut
Puschel's favourite nut has disappeared. A little search turns into an imaginary adventure, right in the Wusel workshop.
About 5–8 minutes · four movement breaks · no equipment · seated options
What you can explore: Lift alternate feet, explore balance while setting them down slowly, stretch gently and finish with a quiet moment.
Read together, move together

What is Wusel Sport for?
Wusel Sport combines reading aloud with movement. Short stories offer a reason to lift alternate feet, stretch gently or coordinate movements. These are ideas for playing together, with no points, rankings or performance targets.
How can adults join in?
Read one story section, look at its picture together, then put the device aside for the movement. Separate movement breaks address the child directly. Only Puschel and Flauschi take part in the story itself. Pause your reading for as long as your child needs. Five to eight minutes is a guide, not a time limit.
How can each child find their own way?
Every movement break includes a seated option. Movements may be small, skipped or simply watched. Sitting, standing, watching and resting all count as taking part. Avoid comparing children or requiring a particular height or number of repetitions.
What do adults prepare?
Provide clear, non-slip floor space and room away from furniture and other people. Adults move a table safely aside if necessary; children do not need to move furniture. For seated options, use a stable seat without wheels, with secure support and supported feet where possible. The first story needs no equipment or real nut. Stop if a child feels unwell or has pain.
What does the first story explore?
The cuddle-nut search explores lifting alternate feet, finding balance while slowly setting them down, stretching gently and then settling. The story stays in the familiar Wusel workshop. Its woodland exists only in the imagination.
Who is it for?
Like the other activities, Wusel Sport is mainly for children aged about six to ten and their families. Each child's abilities and willingness matter most. This is a new play idea; a practical trial with children is still outstanding.
