One Kiss Rarely Comes Alone

One cosy afternoon, Flauschi tried a new berry-red shade at her dressing table. Puschel brought her two leaf cups of tea and set them down with exceptional care.

Flauschi“That deserves a little thank-you.”

Flauschi kissed his cheek. When she leaned back again, one red lipstick print shone on Puschel’s blue fur.

Puschel“It is very lovely. But do you not think it looks a little lonely there?”

Flauschi“Are you quite sure you want me to change that?”

Puschel nodded and closed his eyes expectantly. A moment later, he picked up the hand mirror. His cheeks and forehead now held an entire cheerful collection of kisses.

Puschel“This is not a mishap. It is a very rare face exhibition!”

Flauschi giggled softly behind one paw. Puschel laughed too and proudly examined every single print once more.

Flauschi“The exhibition may stay open until this evening. After that, you have to wash it off yourself.”
