The Whirling Fifth Spark

Just as Flauschi was about to set down the star lantern, the summit wind rushed in. Leaves, violet ribbon and the fifth spark spun in circles.

Puschel leapt after them and caught the ribbon with his enormous tail. Unfortunately, his tail also caught three leaves and one of his own paws.

Flauschi“Stay exactly like that,” Flauschi laughed, holding the lantern steady. Flauschi“You make an excellent spark sail.”

The fifth spark followed Puschel’s whirling tail into the lantern. When every light shone, Puschel bowed in his leafy decorations—as if the whole thing had been planned.
