The Heart of the Festival
The morning of the Meadow Festival had arrived. Golden light covered the grass and even the dew sparkled with excitement.
In the first morning light, Puschel and Flauschi lift the golden acorn into its place of honour. Their paws touch, the lights glow, and for one quiet moment the whole festival belongs only to them.
For a moment, everything around them became quiet. Neither needed to explain why this moment mattered more than the entire plan.
Puschel“The Heart of the Festival,” Puschel said, giving their adventure a name. Flauschi smiled. Whatever came next, they would face it side by side.
And so preparation ended and the festival began: together.
