The Glowing Berries
Deeper inside the moon-blue misty forest, the path narrowed. The leaf compass led onward, though never in an ordinary way.
As they arrange their provisions, three blueberries begin to glow softly in the moonlight. Beside the basket, the leaf compass points along their trail—and a small snack becomes the next clue.
Soon everything smelled of berries and warm pastries. Puschel supplied momentum and Flauschi the proper measure; between them, a little muddle became delicious.
Puschel“The Glowing Berries,” Puschel said, giving their adventure a name. Flauschi smiled. Whatever came next, they would face it side by side.
Every small clue brought them closer to the glow between the trees.
